تربت ، ایف سی کی ظلم و ذیادتیا ں حدسے تجاوزکرگئیں

تربت(نمائندہ آساپ)ایف سی کی ظلم وزیادتیاں حد سے تجاوز کرگئیں جگہ جگہ چیک پوسٹیں قائم کرکے بلوچ خواتین ،بچوں اوربوڑھوں کی تذلیل کرنے کا سلسلہ جاری ہے ،سینکڑوں موٹر سائیکلیں قبضے میں لیکر موبائل سیٹ ضبط کرلئے ،تربت میں ایف سی کی جگہ جگہ چیک پوسٹوں کے قیام اورآٹھ ہزاربلوچ اسیران کی عدم رہائی کے خلاف بی آرپی کی جانب سے 2اگست کو تربت میں مکمل شٹرڈاﺅن ہڑتال ہوگی ،پارلیمنٹ میں بیٹھے ہوئے چند مراعات کی خاطر فورسز کے ہاتھوں ماﺅں ،بہنوں اوربچوں کی تذلیل میں برابرکے شریک ہیں ،وزیر اعلیٰ بلوچستان کی ایف سی کو بلوچستان میں امن وامان کے نام پر کھلی چھوٹ دینے سے ایف سی نے تربت سمیت ضلع کیچ کے مختلف علاقوں میں اپنی متوازی حکومت قائم کرکے ظلم وزیادتی کا ایک بے رحمانہ سلسلہ شروع کردیا ہے ،تعلیمی چوک ،کالج روڈ ،آبسر،گھنہ اورجوسک چیک پوسٹ پر سینکڑوں موٹرسائیکلیں قبضے میں لینے کے علاوہ موبائل سیٹس بھی ضبط کرلئے گئے ہیں جبکہ ہسپتال اور روزمرہ کے دیگر کاموں کیلئے آنے والے بلوچوں کو گھنٹوں قطاروں میں کھڑے کرکے انکی جامعہ تلاشی لی جاتی ہے جبکہ کالی چادر اورٹوپی بھی ضبط کرنے کا سلسلہ جاری ہے وزیر اعلیٰ بلوچستان نواب اسلم رئیسانی ،نواب زادہ لشکری رئیسانی سمیت پارلیمنٹ میں بیٹھے ہوئے بلوچ سینیٹرز،وزراءاورنام نہاد قوم پرست رہنماﺅں کی ایف سی کی یزیدیت کے سامنے خاموشی نے انہیں بلوچ صفوں سے علیحدہ کرکے فورسز کی صفوں میں لاکھڑا کردیا ہے ،بی آرپی ،بی این ایم ،بی ایس او آزاد اوربی آرایس اونے صوبائی حکومت کی طرف سے غیر اعلانیہ طور پر کیچ کے ہیڈ کوارٹر تربت سمیت مختلف علاقوں کو ایف سی کے حوالے کرنے کی شدید الفاظ میں مذمت کرتے ہوئے اسے سابقہ ڈکٹیٹر کی پالیسیوں سے بھی بدترین قرار دیا انہوں نے کہاکہ وحشی فورسز کے اہلکاروں کو کھلی چھوٹ دی گئی ہے کہ وہ جس طرح چاہیں بلوچوں کے ساتھ ناروا سلوک کریں ،انہوں نے کہاکہ ایف سی نے ظلم وجبر کی انتہا کردی ہے ،فورسز کے ہاتھوں ماﺅں ،بہنوں کی عزت نفس مجروح کرکے گھنٹوں تک جامعہ تلاشی کے نام پر عزت نفس مجروع کردی جاتی ہے اورہسپتالوں میں جانے والے مریضوں کو کھلی دھوپ میں گھنٹوں تک جامعہ تلاشی کے نام پر انتظار کرایاجاتا ہے ،انہوں ں ے کہاکہ بلوچوں کی بے حرمتی کی اس سے بڑی مثال اورکیا ہوسکتی ہے کہ بلوچوں کے سروں پر ٹوپیاں ،کندھے پر لٹکائے ہوئے چادر اورموبائل سیٹیں قبضے میں لیکر انکے سامنے توڑ دیئے جاتے ہیں اوربعض کے قبضے میں لئے جاتے ہیں اوران سے کہاجاتا ہے کہ آزادی مانگنے کا اس سے بہتر صلہ اورکیا ہوسکتا ہے جبکہ گھیردار شلوار بھی قینچی سے سرعام کاٹ دیئے جاتے ہیں انہوں نے بلوچوں سے اپیل کہ وہ ظلم کی سیاہ رات جتنی بھی لمبی ہو وہ صبح کی روشنی کی پہلی کرن کے ساتھ روشنی میں بدل جاتی ہے ،بی آرپی تربت کی جانب سے بیان میں مزید کہاگیا ہے کہ تربت میں ایف سی کی مظالم ،ایف سی چیک پوسٹوں کے قیام اوربی این ایف کے رہنماﺅں جلیل ریکی ،چاکر قمبرانی ،ذاکر مجید اورڈاکٹر دین محمد سمیت آٹھ ہزاربلوچوں کی اغواءکیخلاف 02اگست کو تربت میں مکمل شٹرڈاﺅن ہڑتال ہوگی ٹرانسپورٹ وتاجر برادری ہڑتال کیلئے بھر پور تعاون کریں

سوئی ، سرمچاروں اور پولیس میں خونریز جھڑپ

یرہ مراد جمالی / جعفر آباد (آن لائن )نصیر آباد سے اغواءہونے والے گیارہ مزدور وں کو بازیاب کرانے کے لئے جانے والے ایس ایچ او سمیت 6 پولیس اہلکاروں کو اغواءکاروں نے یرغمال بنالیا مغویوں کی تعداد 17 ہوگئی فائرنگ کے تبادلے میں ڈی ایس پی تمبوہلاک جبکہ 9 پولیس اہلکار زخمی ہوگئے تفصیلات کے مطابق جمعرات کے روز نصیر آباد کے علاقہ میر حسن کے گوٹھ میر محمد کھوسہ میں ریت لانے والے مزدوروں کو موٹر سائیکلوں پر سوار بیس نا معلوم مسلح افراد گن پوائنٹ پر گیارہ محنت کشوں کو جن میں سمندر خان ،کوڑا خان، فدا حسین ،علی خان ،صدام حسین ،حمید اللہ، عبدالرزاق، محمد امین، آچر خان، بدل خان، نذیر احمد شامل ہیں کو اغواءکرکے اپنے ہمراہ لے گئے جبکہ سرمچاروں نے جاتے ہوئے تین ٹریکٹروں کو آگ لگادی اورا یک ٹریکٹراپنے ساتھ لے گئے واقعہ کی اطلاع ملنے پر ڈی پی او نصیر آباد عطاءالرحمن نے دیگر عملے کے ہمراہ علاقے کامحاصرہ کرکے ملزمان کی تلاش شروع کردی ہے ایس ایچ او تھانہ میر حسن احسان اللہ کھوسہ کی سربراہی میں اغواءکاروں کے تعاقب ایک پولیس پارٹی روانہ کی گئی جنہیں کھور واہ کے مقام پر مسلح افراد کے ایک گروہ نے پولیس موبائل کے ہمراہ یرغمال بنالیا ایس ایچ او احسان کھوسہ،ایڈیشنل ایس ایچ اوحسین بخش شر،اہلکار غفار سامت،زمان کھوسہ،موٹن سامت اور عظیم لاشاری شامل ہیں پولیس اہلکاروں اور مغویوں مزدوروں کی بازیابی کے لئے ڈی ایس پی تمبو محمد علی کھوسہ کی قیادت میں ایک اورپارٹی نے اغواءکاروں کاتعاقب کیا سنگیسلہ کے مقام پر مسلح افراد اور پولیس کے مابین فائرنگ کے تبادلے میں ڈی ایس پی محمد علی کھوسہ ‘ محمد مشتاق ‘ حوالدار امدادعلی ‘ طارق مشتاق ‘ سپاہی محمداکبر سمیت نوپولیس اہلکار زخمی ہوگئے جنہیں طبی امداد کے لئے ڈیرہ مراد جمالی ہسپتال پہنچایاگیا زخموں کی تاب نہ لاتے ہوئے ڈی ایس پی تمبو محمد علی کھوسہ ہلاک ہوگئے تاہم فائرنگ کاسلسلہ آخری اطلاعات تک جاری رہا واضح رہے کہ ایک سال قبل اسی علاقے سے ٹی ایم او محمد بخش گھنیو کو چار ساتھیوں سمیت اغواءکرلیا گیا تھا بعد میں تعاقب میں جانے والے 19ورثاءکو بھی مسلح افراد نے اغواءکرلیا 27روز گذرنے کے بعد ٹی ایم او کو انکے پانچ ساتھیوں سمیت قتل کرنے کے بعد نعشیں کھور واہ کے قریب پھینک دی گئی تھیں تاہم مغوی مزدوروں کی بازیابی کے لئے جانے والے پولیس اہلکاروں کے اغواءکے بعد علاقے میں خوف و ہراس پھیل گیا ۔جعفر آباد ڈیرہ بگٹی میں دو مختلف واقعا ت میں نامعلوم افراد نے تین گیس پائپ لائنوں کو دھماکہ خیز مواد سے اڑادیا جس کے باعث سندھ کے پانچ پاور پلانٹ کو بھی گیس کی سپلائی معطل ہو گئی پاور پلانٹ بند ہونے سے پیپکو کو 1250میگا واٹ بجلی کی کمی ہو گئی واقع کے بعد گیس پائپ لائن کی مرمت کیلئے او جی ڈی سی ایل کی سکھر سے خصوصی ٹیم طلب کرکے سیکورٹی فورسز نے علاقے کی ناکہ بندی کرکے سرکاری تنصیبات پر مزید سیکورٹی فورسز تعینات کردی گئی سرکاری ذرائع کے مطابق جمعرات کی صبح جعفر آباد کے قریب گور پھٹ کے مقام پر سوئی سے کراچی جانے والی چوبیس انچ قطر جبکہ ڈیرہ بگٹی کے علاقے پولیس تھانہ صدر کی حدود اور یارو پھٹ میں زین کوہ کے مقام پر پیر کوہ سے سوئی جانے والی 16انچ قطر اور ڈھولی کے مقام پر چوبیس انچ قطر گیس پائپ لائنوں کو نامعلوم افراد نے دھماکہ خیز مواد سے اڑادیا جس کے باعث سوئی پلانٹ سمیت سندھ کے پانچ پاور پلانٹ کو گیس کی سپلائی معطل ہو گئی گیس سپلائی معطل ہونے سے پاور پلانٹ کے کئی یونٹ بند ہونے سے پیپکو کو 1250میگا واٹ بجلی کی کمی ہو گئی جس سے ملک کے بیشتر علاقوں کو لوڈشیڈنگ کا دوانیہ بڑھا دیا گیا واقعہ کے بعد سیکورٹی فورسز نے علاقے کی ناکہ بندی کرکے ملزمان کی گرفتاری کیلئے مختلف علاقوں میں چھاپے مارنا شروع کردئیے تاہم آخری اطلاعات آنے تک کوئی گرفتاری عمل میں نہیں آئی ۔مچھ میں گورنمنٹ گرلز اسکول کے قریب زور دار دھماکہ علاقے میں خوف و ہراس پھیل گیا تفصیلات کے مطابق مچھ شہر میں واقع گورنمنٹ گرلز ہائی اسکول کے مین گیٹ کے قریب گیس سی پی اسٹیشن کے ساتھ نصب کیا گیا دھماکہ خیز مواد زور دار دھماکے سے پھٹ گیا دھماکہ اس قدر زور دار تھا کہ اس کی آواز دور دور تک سنی گئی قریبی عمارتوں کی کھڑکیاں ٹوٹ گئیں تاہم کوئی جانی نقصان نہیں ہوا واقعے کی اطلاع ملتے ہی پولیس انتظامیہ جائے وقوعہ پر پہنچ گئی اور علاقے کو محاصرے میں لے لیا نامعلوم ملزمان کے خلاف مقدمہ درج کرکے مزید کارروائی شروع کردی گئی ۔

ٹوٹ بٹوٹ کی کھیر !

ٹوٹ بٹوٹ کی کھیر ! اگلے پنج سالہ منصوبے میں مشرقی پاکستان کے ترقیاتی بجٹ میں چالیس فیصد اضافہ کیا جا رہا ہے ! اس سال بلوچستان کا ترقیاتی بجٹ دگنا کردیا گیا ہے ! سول سروس میں مشرقی پاکستان کے ملازمتی کوٹے پر عمل درآمد یقینی بنایا جائےگا ! سول سروس میں بلوچستان کا کوٹہ تین گنا کیا جا رہا ہے ! مشرقی پاکستان کے عوام کی اکثریت محبِ وطن ہے ! بلوچستان کے عوام کی اکثریت محبِ وطن ہے ! یہ تاثر غلط ہے کہ مشرقی پاکستان کے وسائل کی آمدنی مغربی پاکستان پر خرچ کی جارہی ہے ! یہ تاثر درست نہیں ہے کہ بلوچستان کے قدرتی وسائل کی نوے فیصد آمدنی وفاق اور دیگر صوبوں پر خرچ کی جارہی ہے ! حکومت مشرقی پاکستان کو اقتصادی لحاظ سے مغربی پاکستان کے برابر لانے کی بھرپور کوششیں کر رہی ہے ! حکومت بلوچستان کو ترقیاتی لحاظ سے دیگر صوبوں کے ہم پلہ کرنے میں مخلص ہے ! مشرقی پاکستان کے انفراسٹرکچر کو جتنی ترقی گذشتہ پچیس سال میں ملی اتنی پچھلے دو سو برس میں نہیں ملی ! بلوچستان کے انفراسٹرکچر کو جتنی ترقی گذشتہ دس برس میں ملی ہے اتنی پچھلے پچاس برس میں نصیب نہیں ہوئی ! کچھ مٹھی بھر عناصر مشرقی پاکستان میں ملک دشمن پروپیگنڈہ کر رہے ہیں۔عوام ان عناصر کو بے نقاب کریں ! کچھ مٹھی بھر ملک دشمن عناصر غیرملکی طاقتوں کے اشارے پر بلوچوں کو برگشتہ کررہے ہیں۔عوام ایسے شرپسندوں سے ہوشیار رہیں ! عوامی لیگ کی قیادت بھارت کے ہاتھ میں کھیل رہی ہے ! بلوچستان کے کچھ نام نہاد قوم پرست سردار سرحد پار اشاروں پر ناچ رہے ہیں ! حکومت مشرقی پاکستان کے قوم پرستوں سے چھ نکات پر بات کرسکتی ہے لیکن علیحدگی پسندی کو آہنی ہاتھ سے کچل دیا جائے گا ! حکومت بلوچستان کی قوم پرست سیاسی قیادت کے ساتھ کھلے دل سے مذاکرات پر آمادہ ہے۔لیکن مسلح علیحدگی پسندوں سے کوئی بات نہیں ہوسکتی ! حکومت غیر بنگالی آبادی کا تحفظ کرے گی ! حکومت غیر بلوچ شہریوں کی ہلاکتوں کا سختی سے نوٹس لے گی ! فوجی آپریشن کے بعد اب مشرقی پاکستان کے حالات تیزی سے معمول پر آرہے ہیں ! عسکری آپریشن کے بعد اب بلوچستان کے حالات تیزی سے بحال ہو رہے ہیں ! مکتی باہنی کو مغربی بنگال کے کیمپوں میں دہشت گردی کی تربیت دی جا رہی ہے ! بھارت بلوچ علیحدگی پسندوں کو افغانستان میں دہشت گردی کی تربیت دے رہا ہے ! مشرقی پاکستان کے معاملے کو فوجی آپریشن کے بعد اب سیاسی طور پر حل کیا جارہا ہے۔عوام جلد خوشخبری سنیں گے ! بلوچستان کے ساتھ ہونے والی زیادتیوں کا ہمیں احساس ہے۔عوام جلد خوشخبری سنیں گے !!!! اگر یہ بات درست ہے کہ مشرقی پاکستان میں حالات محض بھارتی مداخلت کے سبب خراب ہوئے۔اگر یہ بات درست ہے کہ کشمیر میں حالات محض پاکستانی مداخلت کا شاخسانہ ہیں تو پھر یہ بھی درست ہے کہ اس ناطے بھارت اور پاکستان کا تیسرا مشترکہ منصوبہ بلوچستان ہے ۔ صوفی تبسم کی ٹوٹ بٹوٹ نظم ہم بچے سکول میں اس وقت مزے لے لے کر پڑھتے تھے جب مشرقی پاکستان میں آگ نہیں جلی تھی ۔ خالہ اس کی لکڑی لائی پھوپھی لائی دیا سلائی امی جان نے آگ جلائی ٹوٹ بٹوٹ نے کھیر پکائی ! آج کا بلوچستان بھی مجھے صوفی تبسم کا ٹوٹ بٹوٹ لگ رہا ہے ۔

“Baloch Martyrs Day”

London: First time in The UK Baloch community in London has organised “Baloch Martyrs Day” here on Sunday to pay homage to the Baloch martyrs, Baloch missing person and the torture victims of Iranian and Pakistani states, who sacrificed their lives during the just struggle for the birth right of Freedom of the people of Balochistan. A large number of pictures of Baloch martyrs, missing person and torture victims were displayed at the meeting. A large number of Baloch from UK, and Europe have come to observe the Baloch martyrs day. Musician, painter and writer professor Khatchatur I. Pilikian, renowned Human Right activist and founder of CAMPACC Ms Estella and some other activist of Campaign against Criminalizing Communities also attended the Baloch Martyrs day. The meeting was chaired by Ismael Amiri of Balochistan National Movement (Zrombesh), Khan of Kalat Mr Suleiman Dawood and exiled Baloch leader Sardarza Hyrbyair Marri were the special guests of the meeting. Others who spoke at the occasion included Jamshed Amiri of (Balochistan United Front), Akbar Barakzai of (BHRC – UK), Raheem Bandoi of (Balochistan peoples’ Party), Masood Baloch of (Balochistan Liberation Organisation), Triq Baloch, Waja Hassan Hamdam and Mr Reza Hussein Bhorr. Jamshed Amiri paid tributes to the Baloch Martyrs and said that they have sacrificed their lives for a prosperous and independent country for their next generations. He hoped that Baloch in exile will continue to raise their voice against the Iranian and Pakistani atrocities on all available forums. He strongly condemned execution of 13 sunni Baloch by the Iranian regime. He said that the World should take notice such crimes of the Iranian government. Waja Akbar Barakzai said that Baloch Martyrs have been physically separated from us but they are still alive in our hearts and minds. He said that Baloch Martyrs laid their precious lives for us (Baloch people) and our future generations. “They sacrificed their lives so that we can live with pride and dignity”, Waja Akbar said. He said the aim of Baloch Martyrs was an Independent country and we the struggle for Independence shall continue. He requested all Baloch parties inside and outside Balochistan to forget their petty difference and unite for common cause of Liberation. He said that Baloch people and activists were united and but the leadership need to unite. Khan of Kalat Mr Sulieman Dawood Khan also like other speakers paid tributes to Baloch Martyrs. He stressed that Baloch should unite and form a “Council” which should continue to lobby for Baluchistan’s issue on international level. He said that our small social and political difference might exist but for the greater cause of Independence and for the interest of Baloch people we should put our difference aside and work together. He also said that for the Baloch people and for National interest of Balochistan he was willing to work with any Baloch (party or individual). He said he was ready to give the lead to Baloch people and would happily follow them. He said it was must to form a united “council” to work together at least at one points “Baluchistan’s Independence”. “At the very least we should agree on a one point agenda and struggle for National Independence”. He said. Tariq Sabru Baloch said that Baloch Martyrs did not sacrifice their lives for provincial autonomy or a seat in parliament. Their only aim and objective was to gain an Independent state for our children. He said that Baloch needed to draw the line between those openly asking for Independence and those just issuing ambiguous statements. He said Baloch Diaspora can play a vital role to bring the Baluchistan’s issue to the world attention. “This is the era of Information Technology and we the Baloch “in Diaspora” have the opportunity and freedom to raise our voices against the brutal states which have occupied our country”, he added. He said currently has cannot even answer his own ten year old child who always asks “Dad everyone has a country why don’t we have one?” Raheem (Bandoi) Baloch paid tributes to Baloch martyrs and hoped that Baloch in UK, elsewhere in world and in Balochistan will continue to observe the National day of Baloch Martyrs in the years to come. He too like previous speakers stressed that unity should be the main objective of Baloch Nation in order to get the right and freedom. Masood Baloch said that “today we all gathered here to pay our respects of the Martyrs of Nation and remember their sacrifices. The best way to respect and honour their sacrifices is to follow the path for which they sacrificed their lives” Reza Hussein Borr said that everything has a price and the price of Independence is that people have to pay with their lives. We have to work practically for the cause of liberation. He said that we cannot liberate Balochistan by just issuing statements and not doing anything practically. “If you want to buy something you need to pay a price, you cannot get that only because you wish you should have it”, he said. Waja Hasaan Hamadam Baloch also paid rich tributes to the Martyrs of Baloch Nation. He said that the Baloch struggle for independence cannot be weaken by killing and abducting Baloch youth and leaders. Such brutal action of Iranian and Pakistani regime will further provoke Baloch youth to join the ranks of Baloch caravan for Independence. He said that brutal regimes of Bhutto and Shah of Iran could not eliminate the Baloch struggle and now the current Pakistani and Iranian regime will also be failed to finish the Baloch peoples’ struggle for their fundamental right of freedom. Sardarzada Hyrbyair Marri also paid tributes of Baloch Martyrs and said that we should intensify our struggle for Independence on National and International level. International Community must help us to raise our voice against human rights violation in Balochistan by both Iran and Pakistan. Mr Marri suggested that Baloch in UK and elsewhere in world should observe 11th August as the “National day” of Balochistan. “Though we were occupied by Pakistan later on, but on 11th August we had announced our Independence and we should celebrate our day of Independence as we do not accept the forced annexation of our country with Pakistan. Text of Hyrbair Marri’s speech: First of all I would like to pay my humble tributes to Baloch Martyrs who lived and died for the nation and for the cause of National liberation. They sacrificed their lives for their people, for their motherland, for the generation to come. Those who have sacrificed their precious lives had only one aim that was united and Independent Balochistan. From Prince Abdul Karim khan to Nawab Akbar Bugti, Shaheed Balach, Shaheed Dr Khalid, Shaheed Ghulam Mohammad other thousands of Baloch martyrs had only one aim which was to re-gain their independent and sovereign status. Balochistan has never been a part of Pakistan and Baloch people will never accept Pakistan’s and Iran’s supremacy on Baloch land. The struggle that our forefathers had started is still continued and will continue until we get to our destination “Independent Balochistan”. I strongly condemn the execution of 13 Baloch prisoners by the Iranian regime. Most of these people were extradited from Eastern occupied Balochistan by the Pakistani government. That is why Iran and Pakistan both are responsible for this heinous crime against humanity. The International community must take notice of this barbaric act of Iran and Pakistan. Baloch residing on both sides of artificial border ‘drawn though Balochistan’ must unite and stand up to these ruthless regimes. Baloch must intensify their struggle for their democratic and human rights including right to freedom. Freedom is the fundamental right of every nation. I also strongly condemn the illegal act of forced disappearances in Balochistan. Currently there are thousands of Baloch missing from Pakistan occupied Balochistan and hundreds of Baloch waiting to be executed by the Iranian regime in Iranian occupied Balochistan. The missing people include women, children, students, teachers and political activists. They suffer most gruesome torture at the hand of Pakistani intelligence agencies. Sadly the international community has failed to pressurise Pakistan to bring all those missing Baloch to surface. International community has also so far ignored the Balochistan conflict with Pakistan and Iran. Thousands of civilian have been killed but the international champions of human rights and democracies remained silent over the death and destructions of Baloch people. Today we once again urge the International Community including UN and EU to take notice of Pakistani and Iranian atrocities in Balochistan and help us raise our voice against such atrocities. Another urgent matter that needs International attention is forced-displaced people, who are living in terrible conditions with no safe drinking water, shelter and medication. The Pakistani government and the Pakistani media do not give any coverage to the displaced people of Balochistan but they are giving full coverage to the IDPs of NWFP which shows the clear biasness of the media toward Baloch people. UNHCR must act quickly to accommodate those living under open skies in appalling conditions. Finally I would like to ask the Baloch Diasporas in Europe, America and everywhere else to raise awareness regarding Balochistan issue, which is clear that Balochistan was forcefully annexed with Pakistan and that our struggle is to re-gain our Independent status. In other words the only solution of Balochistan issue is “national liberation”. We all should unite and work for one goal that is Ajoi, Azaadi Independence. Thank you Dr Mustafa Baloch, who was also one of the organiser of the meeting, speaking at the occasion, said that Baloch are living under tyranny of two states that are being run by crooks and criminals. He said that the very basic foundation of Pakistan and Iran is weak and based on an unjust system. Mafias from generals, Mullahs and other dictators have been in power in these states, which have no respects for human rights and values for human lives. Baloch peoples’ democratic and human rights including the right to self-determination have been violated by these occupying states that is why now Baloch people are left with the final demand of an independent state. Baloch need a state where Baloch can practice and maintain their culture, language and judiciary system. ہوم شہدائئے بلوچستان کے سلسلے مہں لندن مہں سیمینار، رپورٹ شاہد بلوچ ۔۔ لندن ہوم شہدائئے بلوچستان کے سلسلے من لندن مہں مقہم بلوچ کمونٹی کی جانب سےمنعقد کی گہی سہمنار سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے بلوچ قوم پرست رہنما میر ہہر بیار مری نے کہا کہ بلوچ شہداون کی قربانی کا سلسلہ شروع سے ہی جاری ہے نواب نورز خان کی شروع کی گہی آزادی کی تھرہک آج بھی اسی طرح اپنی منزل کی جانب رواں دواں ہے پرنس عبدالکریم ،نواب اکبر بگٹی،میر بالاچ،غلام محمد، ڈاکٹرخالد بلوچ اور دہگر ہزاروں بلوچوں نے جو جام شہادت نوش کی وہ صرف و صرف آزادی کے لئے تھی انھوں نے کہا کہ اہران اور پاکستان نے بلوچ قوم کی جو نسل کشی کی جارہی ہے اس پر عالمی اداروں بلخصوصUNCHR کی جانب سے سوات اور مالاکنڈ کے لوگوں کے امداد کرنے اور بلوچ عوام کے جبری ہجرت پر منجبور لاکھوں بلوچ کے مسہلے اہکشن لہنا معنی خیز لگتا ہے۔ انھوں نے اہران حکومت کی جانب سے بلوچوں کو پھانسی دہنے کی مزمت کی ۔انھوں نے کہا کہ بلوچستان کی آزادی کو اب کوئی روک نہیں سکتا۔ خان اف قلات سیلمان داود خان نے کہا کہ بلوچ جماعتوں کو فیصلہ کرناہوگا کہ ہو پاکستان چاہتے ہے یا بلوچستان کی آزادی۔انھوں نے کہا کہ بلوچ قوم کو اپنے اندر تمام اختلافات دور کرکے آزادی کی جانب بڑھنا ہوگا۔ طارق بلوچ نے کہا کہ ہم بلوچستان کی آزادی کے سوا کچھ نہں مانتے سب کو اب فیصلہ کرنا ہوگا آیا کون سا راستہ بلوچ قوم کی آزادی کی جانب جارہا ہے۔ بلوچ فوم پرست بزرگ رہنما واجہ اکبر بارکزئی نے کہا کہ شہدائے بلوچستا ن کا دن دراصل بلوچوں کی زندگی کا دن ہے شہدواں نے قربانی دے کر ہمں زندہ کر کے جگا دہا ہے کہ بلوچ قوم کو آزادی کے لئے تمام طر قربانی دہنے ہوگی۔ اخر مں حسن ہمدم، معصودبلوچ،جمشید امیری، داکڑحسن اور داکتر مصطفی نے بھی خطاب کیا۔ نظامت کے فراہص اسماھعل امیری نے انجام دئے اس موقع پر بلوچ شہداوں کی تصاوئروں کی بھی نماہش کی گہی جس مہں بلوچوں نے بڑی تعداد مئں شرکت کی ۔

“Shahmiren Balochaane Roch' 15 July” “The Baluch Martyrs Day 15 July” “Martyrs of Balochistan and Victims of State Terrorism” Baloch, like many other nations, in their struggle for freedom and democratic rights have endured great sacrifices. In their endeavour to achieve these aims many have encountered and experienced the wrath of the occupying states. In consequence, many Baloch men, women and children in their struggle for their democratic rights including right to FREEDOM have been treated violently and inhumanly by the military and the intelligence services of these occupying states. The very harsh treatment of Baloch people is well recorded, particularly by states such as Pakistan and Iran. Since their illegal occupation of Balochistan these states have been involved in the systematic imprisonment, torture, abduction and execution of Baloch. Currently thousands of Baloch are missing from Pakistani occupied Balochistan; tens of thousands have been displaced. Similarly hundreds of Baloch have been executed by the Iranian regime in Western Balochistan and several are on death row waiting to be executed. In tribute to sacrifices of the Baloch Martyrs the Baloch community in London have decided to hold a day of remembrance for these victims. The 15th of July of every year is the date designated for the purpose of remembrance, to make sure that their sacrifice for our freedom and our nation has not been lost in vain. The day is nominated for “Martyrs of Balochistan and Victims of State Terrorism.” On this day there will also be an exhibition of pictures, names, and a brief description on the background of each victim. The actual day that this Remembrance Day will take place in London is on Sunday 19th July 2009.
